I bet I can out-white anybody for the next White Wednesday. All I have to do is take a picture of my legs.

  1. Hi there, Jill! Thanks for stopping by my blog today and commenting! Now I've found you too! I love your home in the header, so beautiful! I grew up in Frederick, MD, and I miss the beauty of MD, PA and VA! I loved your history post below too! I see you do felting, wool crafts, I've never tried those but it's on my one day I will learn list! Suzie

  2. Hello there jill!
OK - I am busting up at this post. Why tan legs look better than white ones - who knows but they just do!
I'm so glad you visited. Upon dropping over to see you - i have fallen totally head over heels in love with your home. The picture on your header is FABULOUS! SIgh. This is a forever dream of mine - to have a cabin where there are seasons. How fun . . . especially when the kids get married and we have grandchildren . . . sigh.
Loving the blog - i need to go back further. I've only read the Washington post and the wonderful giveaway! SCORE!
I'll be back! karen - some days are diamonds

  3. Thanks for visiting! As for my legs, 'tis sad but true. My brother once asked me why I was wearing white stockings with shorts, until I had to explain that I wasn't wearing any white stockings!

The Luck of the Irish didn't account for pasty white skin and freckles!

  4. Loved your comment on Amanda's post over at The Shabby Chic Cottage. Very enlightening.

You have a lovely blog. I have a sewing and art blog if you would like to come and have a look around sometime.

  5. Thank you so much for your sweet words on my blog~I truly appreciate them...Your home is just beautiful! Looks magical! Have a wonderful weekend!
